About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable Order Picker Operator to join a busy warehouse and records management facility. You will be responsible for retrieving, moving, and preparing client materials using a LO (Order Picker) forklift while ensuring strict accuracy and safety standards.

This role suits someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and values working in a safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate LO Order Picker to retrieve and store cartons and materials at height
  • Pick and pack client orders accurately and efficiently
  • Perform stock replenishment and inventory checks
  • Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track orders
  • Maintain a clean and organised warehouse
  • Follow strict safety and compliance procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid LO Order Picker forklift licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or records management environments
  • Comfortable working at heights
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong reliability and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer or RF scanning experience (preferred)
